11/3/2025 Your North Dakota license to practice respiratory therapy and/or polysomnography expires on January 31, 2026. To renew your license, click here. The fee to renew your license is $80.00. The completed renewal application must be submitted on or before December 31, 2025. Applications received after December 31, 2025 are subject to a late fee of $25.00.
If you were selected for the random CE Audit, you will receive a separate email. You will be required to upload copies of your 10 CE hours completed in the past year as part of the renewal application.
If you were not selected in the random CE Audit, you will not be required to upload proof of your CE hours.
